Market overview 2024-05-28

Tuesday's trading session on the US stock market resulted in a multidirectional closing of the main stock indices. While the broader S&P500 and Nasdaq indices managed to close with an increase of 0.5 percentage points, the blue-chip Dow Jones 30 index showed a decline of 0.55 percentage points. As for the sectors, the Technology, Communications and Energy sectors were optimistic, while all the others were negative. Market indices continue to hold on the "big seven", which slightly distorts the current picture, overstating the indices' real value.
