The U.S. stock market swings again. After a rather positive Monday, market participants abruptly changed their mood on Tuesday and met the market with sales. Perhaps, the catalyst was the downgrade of the ratings of the largest financial institutions by the leading rating agencies, or perhaps just general uncertainty, which destabilizes the market participants. There was a rare unanimity among the sectors: all of them were in the negative zone, however, in the Energy and Housing sectors the sellers' movements were especially noticeable.
