Tuesday's trading on the U.S. stock market ended with an active decline in major stock indices within 1.5 percentage points. The main traders' concerns continue to be in the perimeter of the change in the discount interest rate of the U.S. Federal Reserve System and the fear of a shutdown after October 1 of this year if no agreement is reached in Congress on the next year's budget. The whole summer rally has come to naught and short positions in the market are becoming quite dangerous. This will probably reduce the selling potential in the coming days.
