On low volumes and in absence of significant news the US stock market started the trading week with moderate decrease of main stock indices. Large participants are already getting ready for Christmas holidays and it is the week of middle and small players, who were not ready to start buying on Monday. The Technology and Communications sectors were the weakest performers in the trading and saw the bulk of the selling.
