Zeta Global Holdings Corp. IPO

Zeta Global Holdings Corp. has placed 21 500 000 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $10 per share, that is the lower limit of the previously announced range ($10-12).  

Besides, Zeta has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 3 225 000 shares at the public offering price.  

The trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on June 10, 2021 under the ticker symbol “ZETA”.
