IPO of Upstart Holdings, Inc.

Upstart Holdings. Inc. has placed 12 015 690 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $20 per share, which corresponds to the lower limit of the previously announced range ($20-22). Besides, Upstart Holdings, Inc. has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1 802 353 at the public offering price. 
The trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on December 16, 2020 under the ticker symbol “UPST”.
