Udemy, Inc. IPO

Udemy, Inc. has placed 14 500 000 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $29 per share, that is the upper limit of the previously announced range ($27-29).  

Besides, Udemy has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2 175 000 shares at the public offering price.  

The trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on October 29, 2021 under the ticker symbol “UDMY”.
