Unity Software Inc.(U) files for IPO.

IPO of Unity Software will take place on September 17, 2020. Unity is the leading platform for creating and managing interactive 3D-content in real time. The platform provides a complete set of software solutions for creating, launching and monetizing interactive 2D and 3D content in real time for mobile phones, tablets, PCs, consoles, as well as augmented and virtual reality devices. As of June 30, 2020, the company had approximately 1.5 million monthly active contributors in over 190 countries around the world. Content created on the platform offers end users a significantly more engaging and immersive experience than traditional static content. Content created with the help of Unity is interactive, allowing end users to communicate with each other. 
Listed bookrunners of the IPO are Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, BofA Securities, Barclays и William Blair.
