IPO of TELUS International (Cda), Inc.

TELUS International (Cda), Inc has placed 37 000 000 shares in an IPO priced $25 per share, which corresponds to the upper limit of the previously announced range ($23-25). Bedsides, TELUS has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 5 550 000 shares at the public offering price. 

The trading debut will take place on the New York Stock Exchange on February 3, 2021 under the ticker symbol “TIXT”.
