IPO of Sumo Logic, Inc.

Sumo Logic, Inc. has placed 14 800 000 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $22 per share, which is $1 above the upper limit of the initially announced range ($17-21). Besides, the company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2 220 000 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price.
The trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on September 17, 2020 under the ticker symbol “SUMO”.
