Sight Sciences, Inc. IPO.

Sight Sciences, Inc. has placed 10 000 000 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $24 per share, that is the upper limit of the previously announced range ($23-24).  Besides, Rapid has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1 500 000 shares at the public offering price.  

The trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on July 15, 2021 under the ticker symbol “SGHT”.
