SentinelOne Inc. IPO

SentinelOne Inc. has placed 32 000 000 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $35 per share, that is $3 higher than the upper limit of the previously announced range ($31-32). Besides, SentinelOne has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 4 800 000 shares at the public offering price. 

The trading debut will take place on the New York Stock Exchange on June 30, 2021 under the ticker symbol “S”.
