IPO of Root, Inc.

Root, Inc. has placed 26 830 845 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $27 per share, which is $2 above the upper limit of the previously announced range ($22-25). Besides, Root has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 4 024 626 shares of common stock at the public offering price. 
The trading debut will take place on October 28, 2020 on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “ROOT”.
