Remitly Global, Inc. IPO

Remitly Global, Inc. has placed 12 162 777 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $43 per share, which is $1 higher than the upper limit of the previously announced range ($38-42). Besides, Remitly has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1 824 417 shares at the public offering price.

The trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on September 23, 2021 under the ticker symbol “RELY”.
