IPO of Playtika Holding Corp.

Playtika Holding Corp. has placed 69 500 000 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $27 per share, which is $3 above the upper limit of the previously announced range ($35-39). Besides, Playtika Holding Corp. has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 10 425 000 shares of common stock at the public offering price. 
The trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on January 15, 2021 under the ticker symbol «PLTK».
