IPO of Prelude Therapeutics, Inc.

Prelude Therapeutics Inc. has placed 8 325 000 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $19 per share, which corresponds to the upper limit of the originally announced range ($17-19). Besides, Prelude has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1 248 750 shares of common stock at the price of public offering. 
The trading debut will take place on September 25, 2020 on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “PRLD”.
