IPO of Procore Technologies Inc.

Procore Technologies Inc. has placed 9 470 000 shares of common stock in an IPO at a price of $67 per share, which is $2 above the upper limit of the previously announced range ($60-65). Besides, Procore has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 940 000 shares of common stock at the public offering price.

The trading debut will take place on the NYSE on May 20, 2021 under the ticker symbol “PCOR”.
