IPO of ON24, Inc.

ON24, Inc. has placed 8 560 930 shares in an IPO priced $50 per share which corresponds to the upper limit of the previously announced range ($45-50). Besides, ON24 has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1 284 139 shares at the public offering price. 

The trading debut will take place on the New York Stock Exchange on February 3, 2021 under the ticker symbol “ONTF”.
