Outset Medical, Inc. (OM) files for IPO.

IPO of Outset Medical will take place on September 15 2020. Outset Medical is a fast-growing medical technology company pioneering the first of its kind technology that enables to reduce the cost and complexity of dialysis. The company believes that the Tablo hemodialysis system represents a significant technological advance, allowing to create new, transformative dialysis treatments in emergency cases and domiciliary. Tablo frees patients and healthcare providers from the burdensome infrastructure required for  traditional dialysis machines operation. It only needs an electrical outlet and tap water to work. 
Listed bookrunners of the IPO are Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, BofA Securities, SVB Leerink и Stifel.
