Outset Medical, Inc. has placed 8 951 111 common shares in an IPO priced $27 per share, which is $3 above the upper limit of the initially announced range ($22-24). Besides, Outset has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1 342 666 common shares at the initial public offering price.
 
The trading debut will take place on The Nasdaq Global Select Market on September 15, 2020 under the ticker "OM."
