IPO of Nano-X Imaging Ltd. (NNOX) will take place on August 20, 2020. Nano-X is a developer of the digital X-ray source that helps to substantially low the price of imaging system. Nano-X is focused on applying its own proprietary technology of medical imaging in order to make diagnostic medicine more accessible and affordable across the globe. The vision of the company is to increase early detection of the medical conditions that are discoverable by X-ray, which is the key to increasing early treatment, improving health outcomes and, ultimately, saving lives. The estimated value of the company after the IPO will be USD 793 million. Cantor, Oppenheimer, Berenberg and CIBC Capital Markets are the joint bookrunners on the deal.
