Mavenir PLC reduces the IPO size.

Mavenir reduces its IPO size from 13.6 million to 12.5 million shares. The price remains at the same $20-24. The change in the amount of the proposed shares was due to the acquisition of Mavenir shares by Intel and Nvidia for $50 million from the controlling shareholder Siris Capital Group.
