Global-E Online Ltd. launches an IPO.

IPO of Global-E Online Ltd.(GLBE) will take place on May 11, 2021. Global-E is an e-commerce international platform. The platform integrates with online merchants from different countries, supports local messaging in over 25 languages, purchases in over 100 currencies using over 150 payment methods. Costumers on Global-E platform receive a fully guaranteed price quote that includes shipping costs, import duties and taxes and after-sales services including multilingual customer service and merchandise return service.

The estimated valuation of the company after its IPO will be $3 billion.

The listed bookrunners of the IPO are Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Jefferies, Piper Sandler, JMP
Securities, KeyBanc Capital Markets and Raymond James.
