IPO of JFrog Ltd.

JFrog Ltd. has placed 11 568 218 shares of common stock at a price of $44 per share, which is $7 above the upper limits of the initially announced range ($33-37). Besides, JFrog has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1 735 232 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price.
 
The trading debut will take place on The Nasdaq Global Select Market on September 16, 2020 under the ticker “FROG”.
