Expensify, Inc. IPO.

Expensify, Inc. has placed 9 730 776 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $27 per share, that is the upper limit of the previously announced range ($25-27).  

Besides, Expensify has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1 459 616 shares at the public offering price.  

The trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Market on November 10, 2021 under the ticker symbol “EXFY”.
