EverCommerce, Inc. IPO.

EverCommerce, Inc. has placed 19 117 648 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $17 per share, which corresponds to the midpoint of the previously announced range ($16-18). Besides, EverCommerce has granted the underwriters a 30-days option to purchase up to 2 867 647 shares at the public offering price. 

The trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on July 1, 2021 under the ticker symbol “EVCM”.
