IPO of Digitalocean Holdings, Inc.

Digitalocean Holdings, Inc. has placed 16 500 000 shares in an IPO priced $47 per share, which corresponds to the upper limit of the previously announced range ($44-47). Besides, Digitalocean has granted the underwriters a 30 day option to purchase 2 475 000 shares at the public offering price. 

The trading debut will take place on the New York Stock Exchange on March 24, 2021 under the ticker symbol “DOCN’.
