IPO of Duck Creek Incorporated (DCT).

Duck Creek Technologies Incorporated placed 15 000 000 shares in an IPO priced $27 per share. This is 2 dollars higher than the upper limit of the revised range ($23-25) and 6 dollars higher than its initial price range ($19-21). Besides,  Duck Creek gave underwriters a 30 day option to purchase up to an additional 2,250,000 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price. 
The trading debut will take place on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol “DCT”.
