Cyteir Therapeutics, Inc. IPO.

Cyteir Therapeutics, Inc. has placed 7 400 000 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $18 per share, that is the upper limit of the previously announced range ($16-18).  

Besides, Cyteir has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1 110 000 shares at the public offering price.  

The trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on June 18, 2021 under the ticker symbol “CYT”.
