Sprinklr, Inc. IPO

Sprinklr, Inc. has placed 16 625 000 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $16 per share, that is $2 below the lower limit of the previously announced range ($18-20).  

Besides, Sprinklr has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1 662 500 shares at the public offering price.  

The trading debut will take place on the New York Stock Exchange on June 23, 2021 under the ticker symbol “CXM”.
