Cytek Biosciences, Inc. IPO

Cytek Biosciences, Inc. has placed 14 564 635 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $17 per share, which corresponds to the midpoint of the previously announced range ($16-18). Besides, Cytek has granted the underwriters a 30-days option to purchase up to 2 799 929 shares at the public offering price. 

The trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on July 23, 2021 under the ticker symbol “CTKB”.
