IPO of Array Technologies, Inc.

Array Technologies, Inc. (ARRY) has placed 47 500 000 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $22 per share, which is $1 above the upper limit of the previously announced diapason ($19-21). Besides, Array Technologies has granted its underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 7 125 000 shares of common stock at the public offering price.
The trading debut will take place on October 15 on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol «ARRY».
