Alkami Technology, Inc. launches an IPO.

IPO of Alkami Technology, Inc. (ALKT) will take place on April 13, 2021. Alkami Technology is a digital banking cloud platform. Alkami enables regional financial institutions to compete with large, technologically advanced and well-resourced banks in the United States. Alkami enables financial organizations to attract new users and significantly improve operational efficiency with the support of proprietary, cloud-based, multi-user architecture.
The company’s target clients are typically 10 000 to 2 million clients with assets ranging from $500 million to $100 billion. As of December 31, 2020 Alkami Platform's clients were 150 financial institutions with assets worth $222 billion on their balance sheets.

The listed bookrunners of the IPO are Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Barclays, Citigroup, William Blair, JMP Securities, KeyBanc Capital and Needham.
