IPO of Affirm Holdings, Inc.

Affirm Holdings Inc. has placed 24 600 000 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $49 per share, which is $5 above the upper limit of the previously announced range ($41-44). Besides, Affirm has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 3 700 000 shares of common stock at the public offering price. 
The trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on January 13, 2021 under the ticker symbol«AFRM».
