Market overview 2023-12-18

The first trading session of the current pre-holiday week brought growth of major stock indices within 0.6 percentage points on average volumes. The main growth driver was the Communications sector, where the average growth for the trading session reached almost 2 percentage points. The shares of the Real Estate and Utilities sectors were obvious outsiders of the trades, having shown, though not significant, but decrease of average quotations.
