Samsara Inc. IPO

Samsara Inc. has placed 35 000 000 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $23 per share, that is the upper limit of the previously announced range ($20-23).  

Besides, Samsara has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 5 250 000 shares at the public offering price.  

The trading debut will take place on the New York Stock Exchange on December 15, 2021 under the ticker symbol “IOT”.
