In anticipation of the Nvidia report (which, by the way, came out pretty good after Wednesday's close), investors took a wait-and-see approach, trying to avoid excessive risky trading moves, which resulted in a quiet trading session with a 0.5 percentage point decline in the major stock indices. The trading volume remained at the average level. Buyers were more noticeable in the Healthcare and Technology sectors. Sellers concentrated their forces in Energy and Real Estate sectors.
