Negative of US banking sector, caused by termination of SVB and Signature banks tried to spread to all sectors of US stock markets. However, the statement of U.S. President before the market about the stability of the financial system, as well as statements of a number of U.S. regulators about control and close attention to the banking sector, plus guarantees of regulators about full return of funds of depositors of problem credit institutions, kept markets from collapsing fall. Also, markets were also held by the idea that in the light of current problems "hawkish" mood of FRS on further increase of rate may subside and FRS may take a little pause for more deep evaluation of situation.
