Having received quite a powerful charge of sellers at the opening, the US stock market managed to find support of buyers, who started careful purchases of shares at the level of their maximum values of the middle of this year's July. Probably, the initiator of purchases was the calm corporate reporting, and possibly the calming speeches of some functionaries of the US Federal Reserve System about the possible beginning of reduction of the discount rate already in the beginning of the next year. In any case, turnovers of trades remain at rather average levels and the market is rather ready for volatile trades without choosing a definite medium-term direction. The Health Care and Energy sectors drew attention as the buyers were most clearly seen. The Financial and Consumer sectors were under the pressure of sellers.
