ZoomInfo Technologies Inc. announced secondary offering.

ZoomInfo Technologies Inc. (ZI) announced that certain selling stockholders have commenced public offering of additional 12,000,000 shares of ZoomInfo’s Class A common stock. Besides, selling shareholders intend to give underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional 1 800 000 shares of ZoomInfo's Class A. The deal should take place on August 20, 2020.
