WalkMe Ltd. launches an IPO.

IPO of WalkMeLtd. (WKME) Will take place on June, 15 2021.

WalkMe is a Digital Adoption Platform that is used to navigate throughout web, desktop and mobile applications with the digital interface.

Digital Adoption Platform provides:
• The IT-directors and business executives with visibility across the tech stack and the insights needed to measure, drive, and act to ultimately maximize the impact of their digital transformation strategy
• The employees with the business process automation
• The company’s clients with the comfort use of web-sites and applications

The estimated valuation of the company after the IPO will be $2.2 billion.

The listed IPO bookrunners are Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, Wells Fargo Securities, Barclays, BMO Capital Markets, JMP Securities, KeyBanc Capital Markets и Needham & Company.
