Visio Holding Corp. launches an IPO.

IPO of Vizio Holding Corp. (VZIO) will take place on March 24, 2021. 

Vizio Holding is a company that designs and manufactures high definition televisions and soundbars. As America’s №1 soundbar brand Vizio offers a wide range of soundbars from entry-level to full-fledged 18-speaker home theatre systems. The company has also developed its own platform and operating system, Vizio, which is built into all Vizio TVs and includes dozens of streaming services. Since its foundation in 2002, Vizio has sold approximately 82 million TVs and 12 million soundbars.

The listed bookrunners of the IPO are JP Morgan, BofA Securities, Wells Fargo Securities, Guggenheim Securities, Needham & Company, Piper Sandler and Roth Capital Partners.
