IPO of Vizio, Inc.

Vizio, Inc. has placed 12 250 000 shares in an IPO priced $21 per share, which is the lower limit of the previously announced range ($21-23). Besides, Vizio has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1 837 500 shares at the public offering price.

The trading debut will take place on the New York Stock exchange on March 25, 2021 under the ticker symbol “VZIO”.
