IPO of Vinci Partners Investments Ltd.

Vinci Partners Investments Ltd. has placed 13 873 474 shares in an IPO priced $18 per share, which corresponds to the upper limit of the previously announced range ($16-18). Besides, Vinci has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2 081 021 shares at the public offering price.

Th trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on January 28, 2021 under the ticker symbol “VINP”.
