Thoughtworks Holding, Inc. IPO

Thoughtworks Holding, Inc.. has placed 36 842 106 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $21 per share, that is $1 higher than the upper limit of the previously announced range ($18-20). Besides, Thoughtworks has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 5 526 315 shares at the public offering price.

The trading debut will take place on the  Nasdaq on September 15, 2021 under the ticker symbol “TWKS”.
