IPO of Shattuck Labs, Inc.

Shattuck Labs, Inc. has placed 11 882 352 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $17 per share, which is $1 above the upper limit of the previously announced range ($14-16). Besides, Shattuck Labs has granted its underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1 782 352 shares of common stock at the price of public offering. 
The trading debut will take place on October 9, 2020 under the ticker symbol “STTK”.
