Sterling Check Corp. IPO

Sterling Check Corp. has placed 14,285,000 ordinary shares of common stock in an IPO priced $23 per share , which is $ 1 higher than the previously announced range ($20-22). Besides, Sterling has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2,142,750 shares at the public offering price. 

The trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on September 23, 2021 under the ticker symbol "STER"
