IPO of Spruce Biosciences, Inc.

Spruce Biosciences, Inc. has placed 6 000 000 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $15 per share, which is a midpoint of the previously announced range ($14-16). Besides, Spruce Biosciences has granted its underwriters a 30- day option  to purchase up to 900 000 shares of common stock at the price of public offering. 
The trading debut will take place on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on October 9, 2020 under the ticker symbol “SPRB”.
