IPO of Shoals Technologies Group, Inc.

Shoals Technologies Group, Inc. has placed 77 000 000 shares in an IPO priced $25 per share, which is $2 above the upper limit of the previously announced range ($22-23). Besides, Shoals has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 11 550 000 shares at the public offering price.

The trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on January 27, 2021 under the ticker symbol “SHLS”.
