Signify Health, Inc. launches an IPO.

IPO of Signify Health, Inc. (SGFY) will take place on February 10, 2021.

Signify Health - a leading platform that uses analytics and technology to help patients get and pay for healthcare at home. The company’s mission is to change methods of payment and medical care. Signify Health considers itself to be a market leader in two fast-growing healthcare payment industry segments: episode-based payment models and in-home health evaluations (“IHEs”). 

The company operates in the huge US healthcare market, its spendings exceeded $3.8 trillion in 2019. Signify Health has increased its annual IHEs from approximately 390 000 in 2015 to nearly  1.1 million in 2019, representing a compound annual growth rate of 28,9%.

The estimated valuation of the company after its IPO will be US$4.2 billion. 

The listed bookrunners of the IPO are Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Barclays, Deutsche Bank Securities, BofA Securities, UBS Investment Bank, Baird, Piper Sandler and William Blair.
